REFUND, CANCELLATION & TICKET TRANSFER POLICY

Ink Masters Tattoo Expo | Golden Wave Tattoo Invitational

Effective Date: October 19, 2026

1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL – NO REFUNDS

All ticket purchases for Ink Masters Tattoo Expo and Golden Wave Tattoo Invitational events are considered FINAL SALE, regardless of whether tickets are purchased online, in person, at the event venue, or through an authorized ticketing platform.

WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS, PARTIAL REFUNDS, PRICE ADJUSTMENTS, DISCOUNTS, OR PURCHASE CREDITS AFTER A TRANSACTION HAS BEEN COMPLETED.

This policy applies to all ticket types, including general admission, VIP admission, single-day passes, weekend passes, and any other event admission packages.

Refunds will not be issued for circumstances including, but not limited to:

Inability to attend the event for any reason.
Personal emergencies, illness, scheduling conflicts, or changes in travel plans.
Accidental purchases, duplicate purchases, or changes of mind.
Failure to use or redeem a purchased ticket.
Failure to review event dates, locations, admission requirements, or ticket details before purchase.
Late arrival, early departure, or failure to attend any portion of the event.
Changes to participating artists, vendors, entertainment, programming, or event schedules.

All sales remain final, subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws.

2. EVENT CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

In the event that Ink Masters Tattoo Expo or Golden Wave Tattoo Invitational cancels, postpones, or reschedules an event, purchased tickets will remain valid for the officially announced replacement date or rescheduled event.

Tickets will automatically carry over to the designated replacement event without requiring an additional ticket purchase.

If the ticket holder is unable to attend the replacement date, the ticket may be transferred to another individual in accordance with the transfer policy below.

Event postponements, schedule changes, and rescheduling do not automatically entitle ticket holders to refunds, partial refunds, discounts, or monetary compensation.

If an event is permanently canceled without a replacement date, any refund or other remedy will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

3. TICKET OWNERSHIP & TRANSFERABILITY

By completing a ticket purchase, the purchaser acknowledges that the ticket is being purchased voluntarily for personal admission or for an individual designated by the purchaser.

The purchaser is responsible for reviewing and confirming all ticket details before completing the transaction.

Tickets are transferable but are not refundable.

Ticket holders who are unable to attend may transfer their tickets to another individual, subject to ticket verification, admission requirements, and any applicable transfer procedures established by the event organizer.

A ticket transfer does not constitute a refund, cancellation, or reversal of the original purchase.

Each ticket may be redeemed only once. Duplicate, previously redeemed, fraudulent, or otherwise invalid tickets may be denied admission.

4. PAYMENT PROCESSING & TRANSACTION FEES

Ticket purchases may be subject to additional credit card processing fees, ticketing platform fees, or other applicable transaction charges.

Any applicable mandatory fees will be disclosed to the purchaser before the transaction is completed, in accordance with applicable law.

By completing the transaction, the purchaser agrees to pay the total amount displayed at checkout, including any disclosed fees.

Processing fees, service fees, and other transaction charges are nonrefundable to the extent permitted by applicable law.

5. NO RETROACTIVE DISCOUNTS OR PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

Ticket prices may vary depending on the event, purchase date, ticket category, promotional offers, or availability.

Once a purchase has been completed, the purchaser is not eligible for retroactive promotional discounts, price matching, partial refunds, or adjustments based on subsequently advertised ticket prices.

6. PURCHASER ACKNOWLEDGMENT & ACCEPTANCE

By purchasing a ticket online, in person, or through an authorized sales representative, the purchaser expressly acknowledges and agrees that:

All ticket purchases are final.
Tickets are nonrefundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
No partial refunds, retroactive discounts, or purchase credits will be provided.
Tickets may be transferred to another eligible attendee.
Rescheduled event tickets remain valid for the designated replacement date.
Any applicable processing fees will be disclosed before payment.
The purchaser is responsible for verifying the event date, location, ticket type, and admission details before completing the purchase.

BY COMPLETING YOUR PURCHASE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND ACCEPTED THIS REFUND, CANCELLATION & TICKET TRANSFER POLICY.

7. POLICY APPLICABILITY

This policy applies to all Ink Masters Tattoo Expo and Golden Wave Tattoo Invitational events held throughout the United States, regardless of event location, venue, ticket type, or authorized method of purchase.

This policy is subject to applicable consumer protection laws and other mandatory legal requirements in the jurisdiction where the event is held or the transaction occurs.
