Tickets purchased through unauthorized sellers may not be honored if their validity cannot be confirmed.

4. TICKET TRANSFERS

Tickets are transferable to another eligible individual.

The original purchaser is responsible for ensuring that the recipient receives a valid ticket and complies with all applicable admission requirements.

Any refund obligations arising from cancellations or other circumstances will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

12. ASSUMPTION OF RISK & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Attendance at large public events involves certain ordinary risks, including crowded spaces, accidental contact with other attendees, and potential exposure to illness.

Attendees agree to follow posted safety instructions and exercise reasonable care while participating in event activities.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Ink Masters Tattoo Expo, Golden Wave Tattoo Invitational, and their respective organizers are not responsible for losses arising from circumstances beyond their reasonable control or from the independent acts of third-party vendors and service providers.
